Common use of Construction Support Clause in Contracts

Construction Support. 10 The A/E may be required to provide construction support 11 services for Road projects that include, but are not limited 12 to the following: review and provide design clarification on 13 approved plans and specifications; identify, prepare, and 14 recommend contract change orders; perform cost analysis for 15 unforeseen conditions and extra work; resolve planning, 16 design, construction, and scheduling conflicts/disputes; 17 review shoring design and calculations; coordinate, monitor, 18 and advise on overall project schedule; review and approve 20 and calculations for temporary structures (i.e. trench 21 shoring, false work, and other temporary structural forms);
