  • Construction With Other Parts Of The Tariff This ISA shall not be construed as an application for service under Part II or Part III of the Tariff.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH OTHER LAWS Secured Party may comply with any applicable state or federal law requirements in connection with a disposition of the Collateral and compliance will not be considered adversely to affect the commercial reasonableness of any sale of the Collateral.

  • Interaction with Other Leaves Paid parental leave will run concurrently with any unpaid leave(s) that parents may be entitled to under other provisions of this Agreement or provided by law.   • Compliance with Legal Requirements The granting and exercising of the Option, and any other obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall be subject to all applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations and to such approvals by any regulatory or governmental agency as may be required. The Committee, in its sole discretion, may postpone the issuance or delivery of Option Shares as the Committee may consider appropriate and may require the Participant to make such representations and furnish such information as it may consider appropriate in connection with the issuance or delivery of Option Shares in compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

  • Compliance with Governmental Requirements Grantor shall comply promptly with all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of all governmental authorities, now or hereafter in effect, applicable to the ownership, production, disposition, or use of the Collateral. Grantor may contest in good faith any such law, ordinance or regulation and withhold compliance during any proceeding, including appropriate appeals, so long as Lender's interest in the Collateral, in Lender's opinion, is not jeopardized.

  • Compliance with State and Other Laws The CONSULTANT specifically agrees that in performance of the services herein enumerated by it or by a subcontractor or anyone acting in behalf of either, that it or they will exercise the standard of care to comply with state, federal and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations applicable to the performance of this Agreement.
