DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 1. During the term of this agreement, the Service Provider shall provide the Service from time to time by deploying trained, experienced and honest work force to cater to the requirements of IIM C in accordance with terms of this agreement. To ensure versatility and experience for his employees, the Service Provider submits that he shall transfer/depute his employees to other establishments where he has entered into contracts. The Service Provider reserves his rights in this regard. However he shall inform IIMC of this transfer/deputation. 2. The Service Provider shall appoint and/or engage the personnel deputed/deployed for rendering the Service by issuing appropriate appointment/engagement letters to them in the name of Service Provider (Prescribes format enclosed in Exhibit F). 3. The Service Provide at his discretion will decide the modest operandi as to engaging the number of workers required by him after intimating to IIM C, for rendering proper and efficient services and to confirm to the prescribed standard of the Service as set out in this Agreement. IIM C will not have any concern with workers engaged by the Service Provider nor will any of its officials supervise, dictate to the workers the manner of execution or completion of the job. However IIM C reserves the right to decide the standards and efficiency of services from time to time and the same shall be binding upon the Service Provider 4. The Service Provider shall also employ trained supervisor/s to supervise control and guide the personnel deployed by the Service Provider for providing the Service. IIM C will have privity of contract with the Service Provider only and will give instructions to the Service Provider alone and will have nothing to do or be concerned with the conditions of employment of the workers working for the Service Provider. 5. IIM C shall have right to ask the Service Provider to replace the employee/xxxxxxx of the Service Provider and provide alternate employee/xxxxxxx at no extra cost to IIM C. Service Provider will retain control and supervision of its personnel and the manner it will handle the discharge, dismissal or retrenchment or re-employment of the workers engaged or employed by Service Provider. The Service Provider shall ensure that employees contract of service terminates as per the age of superannuation applicable to the State and no extension of whatsoever nature shall be provided. 6. DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 4.2.1 The designations, names and the estimated periods of engagement in carrying out the Services by each of the Consultant’s Personnel are described in Annex-3 of this Agreement. 4.2.2 Adjustments with respect to the estimated periods of engagement of Personnel set forth in the aforementioned Annex-3 may be made by the Consultant by written notice to the Authority, provided that: (i) such adjustments shall not alter the originally estimated period of engagement of any individual by more than 20% (twenty per cent) or one week, whichever is greater, and (ii) the aggregate of such adjustments shall not cause payments under the Agreement to exceed the Agreement Value set forth in Clause 6.1.2 of this Agreement. Any other adjustments shall only be made with the written approval of the Authority. 4.2.3 If additional work is required beyond the scope of the Services specified in the Terms of Reference, the estimated periods of engagement of Personnel, set forth in the Annexes of the Agreement may be increased by agreement in writing between the Authority and the Consultant, provided that any such increase shall not, except as otherwise agreed, cause payments under this Agreement to exceed the Agreement Value set forth in Clause 6.1.2.
DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3.1 Services performed hereunder and specifically requested by the City shall be developed in conjunction with the Sheriff's Department and indicated on Attachment A, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Service Level Authorization (SH-AD 575) Form, of this Agreement. 3.2 The City, or its designated representative, shall meet with its respective Sheriff's Department Station Captain when requesting law enforcement services to be performed in the City, and provide direction to the Sheriff's Department Station Captain regarding the method of deployment for such services. The City and the Sheriff’s Department shall also determine a minimum daily standard of staffing needs for services rendered to ensure an adequate personnel presence during station operation and patrol. The City and the Station Captain shall meet to discuss the minimum daily standard which is documented in Attachment A, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Service Level Authorization (SH-AD 575) Form, of this Agreement. The Station Captain shall endeavor to meet this standard without increased cost to the City. The Sheriff's Department shall ensure that all services are delivered in a manner consistent with the priorities, annual performance objectives, and goals established by the City. 3.3 The Sheriff's Department shall make every attempt to avoid deployment deficiencies (i.e., “busting” of cars) by following the daily minimum standard of staffing, as stipulated in Attachment A, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Service Level Authorization (SH-AD 575) Form, of this Agreement. Should deployment deficiencies occur, the Sheriff’s Department should make every effort to reallocate those resources to the shift where the deficiencies occurred. Should the Sheriff's Department determine that a temporary increase, decrease, and/or realignment in the deployment methodologies is necessary, the Sheriff's Department shall promptly notify the City of this change in advance. In the event that prior notice is not possible, the City shall be notified of the change within two
DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3.1 Services hereunder shall be developed in conjunction with the Sheriff and performed in accordance with Exhibit A-1. 3.2 Exhibit A-1 will be mutually revised and executed by City Manager and Sheriff, or their respective designees, as an amendment to Exhibit A-1 each year before each July 1. Failure of the parties to reach agreement by July 1 will allow either party to terminate the Agreement by written notice. 3.3 In the event that City wishes to decrease Services, City shall notify County in writing. The County will consider and respond to the request within 60 days. Any significant changes will be documented in writing and mutually agreed upon by both City and County. 3.4 The Sheriff shall have the signatory authority to approve such future amendments, on behalf of the County, provided said changes in Services are fully reimbursable to County.
DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3.3.1 The Agency shall be responsible for the supervision, execution, and successful implementation of the Services. The Agency agrees to commit adequate skilled manpower resources for meeting its obligations under this Agreement as set out in Schedule 3. 3.3.2 The experts listed in Schedule-3 of the Agreement once approved by DoT shall not be replaced without prior approval of DoT. 3.3.3 If the Agency hereafter proposes to engage any person as experts under the provisions of this Agreement, it shall submit to DoT its proposal along with a CV of such person. DoT may approve or reject such proposal within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt thereof. If the proposal is rejected, the Agency may propose an alternative person for DoT 's consideration. If DoT does not reject a proposal within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt thereof under this Clause it shall be deemed to have been approved by DoT. 3.3.4 The manpower resources and the experts listed in Schedule-3 should be proficient in English and Hindi languages.
DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3.1 As requested by the School, supplemental law enforcement services under this Agreement may be performed by deputy personnel and/or supervisory personnel. 3.2 As requested by the School, the Sheriff's Department shall provide personnel, if available, to perform services under this Agreement as set forth in the agreed upon plan for safety and security per Section 1.3 of this Agreement.

DEPLOYMENT OF PERSONNEL. 3.1 Services performed hereunder and specifically requested by the District shall be developed in conjunction with the Sheriff's Department and shall be as indicated on Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) of this Agreement. 3.2 In the interest of public safety and effectiveness of service rendition, the minimum level of deployment is set forth in Appendix B (Minimum Staffing of Community College Bureau) of this Agreement. 3.3 The staffing levels on Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) shall remain in effect throughout the term of this Agreement; however, the District or the Department reserves the right to enter into negotiations regarding staffing levels with the other party should the District encounter additional decreases in the current student enrollment or if unanticipated events require a reevaluation of staffing levels. 3.4 A new Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) shall be authorized and signed annually by the District and the Sheriff's Department each July 1, and attached hereto as an Amendment to this Agreement. 3.5 Should the District request a change in level of service, an additional Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) shall be signed and authorized by the District and the Sheriff's Department and attached hereto as an Amendment to this Agreement. 3.6 The most recent dated and signed Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) attached to this Agreement shall be the staffing level in effect between the County and the District. 3.7 The District is not limited to the services indicated in Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) of this Agreement, but may also request any other service in the field of public safety, law, or related fields within the legal power of the Sheriff to provide. Such other services shall be reflected in a revised Appendix C (SH-AD 575 Deployment of Personnel Form) of this Agreement under the procedures set forth in Paragraphs 3.4 or 3.5 above. 3.8 General law enforcement and security services performed hereunder may include, if requested by the District, supplemental security support, supplemental sworn officer support, and supplemental professional civilian support staff.
