Common use of CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL Clause in Contracts

CONSULTANT’S PERSONNEL. The Firm shall designate in writing to the Corporation one individual, satisfactory to the Corporation, who shall be responsible for coordinating all of the services to be rendered by the Firm and who shall be the Corporation's normal point of contact with the Firm on matters relating to such services. Such individual shall be replaced upon the Corporation's written request.
