Consultation regarding Major Change. (a) Where a Health Service proposes a Major Change that may have a Significant Effect on a Doctor or Doctors, the Health Service will consult with the Affected Doctor/s, the Association, and the Doctor’s other chosen representative (where relevant) before any proposed change occurs.
