Consultation Meeting/s convened 7-14 days of step 2 The 'first meeting' at step 3 does not limit the number of meeting for consultation 4. Further Health Service response (where relevant) After the conclusion of step 3 5. Alternative proposal from Doctors or Association 14 days of step 4
