Consultative Rostering Processes. C.2.1 The Company and the employees shall discuss, develop, and modify rosters through a consultative process. This shall be achieved by the election of Workplace Consultative Committees at each location. If, this committee considers that a separate “rostering specific” consultative committee should be established, for either regular or specific purposes, then this may occur, and an election will be conducted.
