Consulting and External Employment. A. Bargaining Unit Members shall be permitted to engage in consulting or speaking related to the Bargaining Unit Member’s areas of professional expertise so long as these activities do not interfere with the University’s educational mission and the Bargaining Unit Member’s teaching assignment. In doing so, Bargaining Unit Members may make limited and reasonable use of University resources.
