Common use of Consulting Duties Clause in Contracts

Consulting Duties. (a) Consultant shall provide Curis or to Curis’ designee, such consulting, advisory and related services to and for Curis as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Curis’ Chief Executive Officer or his designee, including, but not limited to, the services specified in the attached Exhibit A, which may revised from time to time upon the mutual written agreement of both parties.

Consulting Duties. (a) During the term, Consultant shall provide Curis or to Curis’ designee, such consultingin accordance with the specifications outlined in the attached Project Exhibit A, advisory and related services to and for Curis as any other Project Exhibits which may be reasonably requested attached hereto from time to time, as agreed to in writing by both parties, such consulting services at such times and places as Curis may from time to time by the Curis’ Chief Executive Officer or his designee, including, but not limited to, the services specified in the attached Exhibit A, which may revised from time to time upon the mutual written agreement request. Curis shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of both partiesany service required.

Consulting Duties. (a) During the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide Curis or to Curis’ designee, consulting services in the areas of corporate strategy, business development, drug development and scientific leadership at such consulting, advisory times and related services to and for places as Curis as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Curis’ Chief Executive Officer or his designee, includingrequest. These services may include, but are not limited toto the evaluation of CSO/CMO candidates, the services specified in the attached Exhibit AIND packages, which may revised from time to time upon the mutual written agreement clinical documents, manufacturing protocols, and intellectual property summaries for potential in-licensing opportunities. Curis shall give Consultant reasonable advance notice of both partiesany service required.
