Consulting Duties. Xxxxxxxxxx’x duties will be assigned from time-to-time by the Board of Directors of the Company. Xxxxxxxxxx will complete assigned duties using his independent judgment, skills and experience. Although assigned duties are to be completed in a prompt, complete and reasonable fashion, the time and manner of completion shall be left to Xxxxxxxxxx.
