Consulting Teachers – Application and Selection. (1) Classroom teachers may apply for a Consulting Teacher position on a form prepared by the Panel. Notice of an opening based upon the expiration of the term of another Consulting Teacher shall be posted at each school site no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the expiration of the term. However, when a vacancy is created due to the need for additional or replacement Consulting Teachers and the Panel determines that further applications are desired, the notice shall be posted as soon as practical.
