Common use of Consumer Services Clause in Contracts

Consumer Services. The Distribution Franchisee, on request of the Consumer, to the extent that is reasonably available to the Distribution Franchisee, shall provide: a) Information on all services provided by the Distribution Franchisee including information on the charges, which may be available to the Consumers; b) Information on meter readings for the electricity services provided to the Consumer premises by the Distribution Franchisee in the Franchise Area; and c) Information on the status of the Consumer’s account with the Distribution Franchisee. d) Any other information as per law or regulation, in this regard, applicable to licensee.
