Contact Persons or Representatives. 7.3.1. Lessee will provide to Authority’s Representative, and update as changes occur, the current name, title, telephone number, and cellular telephone number, and paging device number of a representative of Lessee who shall be kept informed of the Authority’s maintenance schedules (“Lessee’s Representative”). If Lessee fails to keep the Authority informed of its current Representative, then the Authority shall not be held liable for any failure to meet any notification or response provisions, resulting directly therefrom.

Contact Persons or Representatives. The Parties shall furnish to each other, and update as changes occur, the current name, title, telephone number, and personal communications device number (including facsimile transmission number, cellular telephone number, and paging device number) of personnel that are to be contacted for issues involving maintained, emergencies, and other issues under this Article or in other cases expressly set forth in this Agreement. This information shall be provided on the Personnel Contact Form set forth as Exhibit 9 and provided by each Party to the other Party according to Article 21 e.

  • Contact Persons 12.1 All matters or enquiries regarding this Agreement will be directed to each party’s Contact Person (set out in the Key Details).

  • Recipient’s Representative; Addresses 6.01. The Recipient’s Representative referred to in Section 7.02 of the Standard Conditions is the Minister of Finance.

  • Parties’ Representatives Both Parties shall ensure that throughout the term of this Agreement, a duly appointed Representative is available for communications between the Parties. The Representatives shall have full authority to deal with all day-to-day matters arising under this Agreement.   • NOTICES AND REPRESENTATIVES Each individual identified below is the principal representative of the designating Party. All notices required to be given hereunder shall be hand delivered with receipt required or sent by certified or registered mail to such Party’s principal representative at the address set forth below. In addition to, but not in lieu of a hard-copy notice, notice also may be sent by e-mail to the e-mail addresses, if any, set forth below. Either Party may from time to time designate by written notice substitute addresses or persons to whom such notices shall be sent. Unless otherwise provided herein, all notices shall be effective upon receipt.

  • DEPARTMENT'S REPRESENTATIVE The Contract Administrator shall be the Department's representative during the period of this Contract. He/she has authority to curtail services if necessary to ensure proper execution. He/she shall certify to the Department when payments under the Contract are due and the amounts to be paid. He/she shall make decisions on all claims of the Provider, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of the Department.
