CONTAINER CRANE PREMIUM. Port employees of the Maintenance Department in classification 9346 Fusion Welder who are assigned to in watch-standing, maintenance and/or repair of container cranes shall be paid at a rate of fifteen percent (15%) above the base hourly rate for their classification for those hours actually worked on the cranes at the crane site.
