Payment for Change of Scope Payment for Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the payment schedule specified in the Change of Scope Order.
Termination for Change of Control This Agreement may be terminated immediately by SAP upon written notice to Provider if Provider comes under direct or indirect control of any entity competing with SAP. If before such change Provider has informed SAP of such potential change of control without undue delay, the Parties agree to discuss solutions on how to mitigate such termination impact on Customer, such as stepping into the Customer contract by SAP or by any other Affiliate of Provider or any other form of transition to a third party provider.
Service Changes PBI may modify its Service by giving written notice to you (a “Service Change Notice”), which will state whether the change is material. After receiving a Service Change Notice, if the change is material, you may terminate Service by giving us a termination notice at the address indicated in Section 21 or you may create a case at xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xx/xxxxxxx-xx.xxxx (follow the instructions under “how to create a case”).
Major Change (2) For a major change referred to in paragraph (1)(a):
Plan Changes In the event the Employer modifies its current benefit plans, or provides an alternative plan(s), the Employer will review the plan changes with the Union prior to implementation. Change The School, as any other, is likely to undergo a number of changes during the period of this agreement. For example, there may be changes in the staff, and in the premises, facilities and their use, in the curriculum and the size and composition of classes, and in the School rules and procedures, the disciplinary framework, and the length of School Terms. In addition, there may be the need to undertake a corporate reorganisation exercise and / or a merger or change of ownership may be necessary. For these reasons, the benefit and burden of this agreement may be freely assigned to another party at the discretion of the School.
Minor Changes Within Sale Area, minor adjustments may be made in boundaries of cutting units or in the timber individually Marked for cutting when ac- ceptable to Purchaser and Forest Service.
