Common use of Contingency Plan Clause in Contracts

Contractor is aware that unforeseen circumstances, Including damage to their Facility(ies), equipment breakdowns, weather-related emergencies and other Force Majeur events, may require their participation in non-scheduled operations in order to provide continuous service to the public.
