Change in Collection Schedule. Contractor shall notify County a minimum of sixty (60) Business Days prior to a change in the residential collection schedule and shall request approval of Contractor’s notice to residential customers a minimum of thirty (30) business days prior to a change in service day, unless this requirement is waived in writing by County. Contractor shall notify owners and occupants of residential premises by telephone and/or newspaper or other printed medium not later than ten (10) Business Days prior to any change in residential collection operations which results in a change in the Day on which solid waste and/or targeted recyclable materials collection occurs. Contractor shall not permit any customer to go more than five (5) Business Days without service in connection with a collection schedule change.

Contractor shall not permit any customer to go more than seven (7) days without service in connection with a collection schedule change. City must give final approval to the routing changes and its approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.

Contractor shall notify City not later than forty-five (45) days prior to, and Residential Customers not later than fourteen (14) days prior to, any change in Collection operations which results in a change in the day on which Residential Solid Waste Collection occurs. Contractor will not permit any Customer to go more than seven (7) days without service in connection with a temporary Collection schedule change. City’s approval of any change in Residential Collection is required prior to such effectuating such change on a permanent basis, and such approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Any permanent changes in the route map or Collection schedule shall require the prior approval of City. City may require changes in the route map or Collection schedule to improve service, to resolve Complaints, or for other unspecified reasons.

Change in Collection Schedule. 21.1 Contractor may request a change in the schedule by requesting the change in writing to the City at least sixty (60) days from the proposed date of the requested change. Any change in schedule must be approved by the City before being implemented. A change shall be affected only upon prior, written authorization from the City and upon publication at least once in a newspaper of general
21.2 Contractor shall not be required to make regular Collection on the following Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day, provided that the routes are Collected on the immediately following business day or the immediately the following Saturday, whichever is soonest.
21.3 Contractor is responsible to notify residents of any changes in the collection schedule as a result of the Holidays.

Company shall provide written notification to District not less than thirty (30) days prior to a proposed change in residential collection operations that results in a change in the day of operation on which solid waste collection, organic waste collection, or recyclable collection occurs. District shall have the right to approve all such changes; however, District's consent will not be unreasonably withheld. Upon consent by District to a change in the day of collection services, the customer will be given not less than ten (10) days notice and Company will not permit any customer to go more than seven (7) days without service as a result of the collection schedule change.

Contractor shall notify City a minimum of one hundred and twenty (120) Days prior to a change in the Single Family Collection schedule and shall request approval of such notice prior to a change in service day, unless this requirement is waived in writing by City. Contractor shall notice Residential Premises not later than sixty (60) Days prior to any change in Residential Collection operations. Notice shall include an insert in the Customer’s billing, announcement in local City newspapers and other print medium.

Company will not permit any Customer to go more than seven days without service in connection with a Collection schedule change. City’s approval of any change in Residential Collection is required prior to such change, and such approval will not be withheld unreasonably. Any changes in the route map or Collection schedule shall require the prior approval of City. City may require changes in the route map or Collection schedule, to improve service, to resolve Complaints or for other reasons.
