Contingency Plan. You understand and agree that, in the event you are unable to use the RDC Service for transmission of a Check to us (for any reason, including, but not limited to, communication problems, equipment or software outages, termination of the RDC Service, interruptions or failures), your only recourse is to deliver the originals of all Checks to Avadian by visiting one of our offices or mailing the Checks to our Member Services Department in accordance with our current policy or procedures.
