CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 5:01 The Union, on behalf of all employees, hereby agrees and will take positive action to ensure that during the term of this Agreement, there shall be no slowdown or suspension of work, no strikes, or illegal picketing or any other interference with the business of the Employer. The Employer agrees that while this Agreement is in force there shall be no lockout of the employees.
