CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. 1. Except for the provisions in subsection K, below, during the term of this Agreement, the Union shall not authorize, cause, engage in, sanction or assist in any work stoppage, strike or slowdown of operations. Likewise, during the same time period, the Company shall not cause, permit or engage in any lockout of its Flight Attendants.
