CONTINUANCE OF OPERATIONS. The Contractor shall arrange and schedule the Work in such manner as to ensure that all existing utility, treatment or disposal operations and facilities are maintained in operation and in no way disrupted or disabled as a result of the Work. The Contractor shall submit for approval a written plan and description of the proposed schedule, methods, and facilities to be employed in conforming to this requirement.
