Common use of Continuation of Services Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Services. Whenever County and Court disagree as to any matter governed by this Memorandum, the dispute resolution process discussed in this Section 3 shall govern. Until the dispute is resolved, County and Court shall continue to provide the Services and shall continue to make payments therefore as set forth herein.
