Common use of Continuation of Services Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Services. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, each of the Parties will perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement notwithstanding the existence of any dispute that arises from time to time between the Parties for any matter related to this Agreement or during the resolution of any dispute in accordance with this Article 17 except where to do so would threaten public health and safety or the environment.

Continuation of Services. Except as otherwise expressly provided hereinprovided, each of the Parties will perform all of its respective obligations under this Agreement notwithstanding the existence of any dispute that arises from time to time between the Parties for with regard to any matter related to this Agreement or during the resolution of any dispute in accordance with this Article 17 Section 24.2 except where to do so would threaten public health and safety or the environment.
