Continuation of Warranties. All representations and warranties contained in the Article 3 shall continue for the term of this Agreement.

Continuation of Warranties. No claim by the Buyer under a Seller's Warranty or indemnity or claim by the Seller under a Buyer's Warranty or indemnity will prejudice or operate to limit or reduce the ability of the Buyer or Seller, respectively, to claim any amount recoverable under any other Seller's Warranty or Buyer's Warranty, respectively, or any indemnity.
Continuation of Warranties. All representations and warranties contained in this Agreement (if any) shall continue in full force and effect after execution of this Agreement. If either party learns that a warranty or representation made is untrue, it is under duty to promptly disclose this information to the other party in writing. No representation or warranty contained herein shall be deemed to have been waived or impaired by any investigation made by or knowledge of the other party to this Agreement.
Continuation of Warranties. The City will take all steps reasonably necessary to enforce full and faithful performance of all warranties, express or implied, by contractors, materialmen and suppliers given to City in connection with capital improvements to the Airport. Continuation of Warranties. SciClone hereby covenants to take all actions necessary to cause the warranties set forth in Section 5 and 6 of Exhibit B attached hereto to also be true and effective as of the Closing Date.

All warranties, express or implied, by contractors, materialmen and suppliers given to Airline in connection with the Continental Special Facilities shall run in favor of City as well as Airline, and Airline will take all steps reasonably necessary to enforce full and faithful performance of such warranties. Continuation of Warranties. At all times before full, final and irrevocable payment and performance of all Secured Obligations, Mortgagor shall take, omit or refrain from all actions, give or withhold all consents and approvals, and execute and file all instruments and documents as necessary or advisable to assure the continuing accuracy of all warranties of Mortgagor made in this Mortgage or any Loan Document as though each such warranty were made as of each date after the date of this Mortgage.
