Continuing Duty, Audit. Consultant’s obligations and requirements that Contract Workers satisfy this Background Screening Section will continue throughout the entire term of this Agreement. Consultant must notify City immediately of any change to a Background Screening of a Contract Worker previously accepted by City. Consultant must maintain all records and documents related to all Background Screenings and City reserves the right to audit Consultant’s compliance with this Section under the terms of this Agreement. EXHIBIT “E” SUBCONSULTANT DOCUMENTS WITH CONSULTANT Any subconsultant assumptions, clarifications, exclusions, terms & conditions, signature blocks, etc. included are strictly between the Consultant and their subconsultants, and do not apply to the Agreement between the Consultant and the City.
