Common use of Continuing Duty, Audit Clause in Contracts

Continuing Duty, Audit. Contractor’s obligations and requirements that Contract Workers satisfy this background screening section will continue throughout the entire term of this agreement. Contractor will maintain all records and documents related to all background screenings and the City reserves the right to audit Contractor’s compliance with this section.
