Common use of Continuing, Probationary Clause in Contracts

Continuing, Probationary. and Tenured faculty who are Partial-Load may apply for Partial-Load CLTA faculty positions when they become available, provided that the Workload of the position advertised, combined with their existing Workload, does not exceed Maximum-Load (100%). Such applications shall be considered along with all other applicants. Continuing, Probationary and Tenured faculty who are Partial-Load, and who seek to temporarily increase their Workload are, however, encouraged to do so as provided in Article 23.2.1.3.
