Continuing Service Status Eligibility. All present Employees represented by the Professional and Administrative Union who have completed six (6) months service shall be given continuing service retroactive to the date of hire into the bargaining unit. All present Employees who have completed less than six (6) months service shall be given continuing service status upon satisfactory completion of six (6) months service retroactive to date of hire into the bargaining unit. Employees hired after date of Agreement shall be given continuing service status upon satisfactory completion of the probationary period retroactive to the date of hire.
