Common use of CONTINUITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE Clause in Contracts

CONTINUITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sky Chefs shall use its reasonable best efforts to ensure that the airlines and other CII customers being serviced from the Kitchens receive uninterrupted and high quality catering services on and following the Closing Date. If necessary to provide such services, Sky Chefs shall provide such services from another facility for such period of time as may be necessary to ensure such uninterrupted and high quality services.
