Common use of Continuous Overtime Clause in Contracts

Continuous Overtime. a) If throughout the first two (2) weeks after a sign-up a run continually runs overtime in excess of one (1) hour (exclusive of the one-half hour lunch stop) and management determines that the more than one hour overtime is a result of a scheduling rather than an employee problem, then management will redesign the run to reduce the overtime.
