Common use of Contract for Service Clause in Contracts

Contract for Service. Notice that the District intends to award a contract for services which directly affects the bargaining unit member’s work assignment shall be given to CSEA prior to the contract being awarded. For the purpose of this Section, receipt of the Board agenda listing the contract to be awarded shall be deemed sufficient notice. 21.2
