Service In More Than One Position. 2042 Employees may serve in two or more positions as long as the 2043 schedules of those positions are compatible. The combined 2044 hours of these positions will determine the employeesright to 2045 benefits under this Agreement. However, for purposes of layoff 2046 and displacement rights, the employee serving in two or more 2047 positions can only assert the right to each position as if held 2048 separately, and cannot combine the total hours of the separate 2049 positions for asserting displacement rights.

  • Actions We May Take if You Engage in Any Restricted Activities If we believe that you’ve engaged in any of these activities, we may take a number of actions to protect PayPal, its customers and others at any time in our sole discretion. You acknowledge that, as a non-exhaustive guide: • PayPal’s risk of liability in respect of card-funded payments that you receive can last until the risk of a chargeback closing in favour of the payer/buyer (as determined by card scheme rules) has passed. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if Comcast Phone needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, Comcast Phone may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment. 2.6.2.2 Manual LMUSIs shall be submitted according to the guidelines in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference, as it may be amended from time to time, which can be found at the following BellSouth website: xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/guides/html/unes.html . The service interval for the return of a Manual LMUSI is three (3) business days. Manual LMUSIs are not subject to expedite requests. This service interval is distinct from the interval applied to the subsequent service order.

  • Statement of Grievance The grievance shall contain a statement of: 1. Specific situation, act or acts complained of as violation of this Agreement, or written rules, regulations or policies; 2. The damage suffered by the employee; and 3. The relief sought.

  • Processing Grievances The Association Representative involved and the grieving supervisor shall not leave work or disrupt departmental routine to discuss grievances without first requesting permission from his/her immediate superior, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Association Representative and the grieving supervisor shall be allowed a reasonable amount of time during working hours while on the Appointing Authority's premises when a grievance is investigated or presented in Steps 1 and 2.

  • Group Grievance Where a number of employees have identical grievances and each employee would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each employee who is grieving to the Administrator or her designate within ten (10) days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the employee(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

  • Change in Management Permit a change in the senior management of Borrower.

  • Restricted Employment for Certain State Personnel Contractor acknowledges that, pursuant to Section 572.069 of the Texas Government Code, a former state officer or employee of a state agency who during the period of state service or employment participated on behalf of a state agency in a procurement or contract negotiation involving Contractor may not accept employment from Contractor before the second anniversary of the date the Contract is signed or the procurement is terminated or withdrawn.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
