Work Stations Clause Samples
The 'Work Stations' clause defines the requirements and standards for the physical or virtual spaces where employees or contractors perform their assigned tasks. Typically, this clause outlines specifications such as the necessary equipment, furniture, internet connectivity, and ergonomic considerations that must be provided to ensure a suitable working environment. By clearly establishing these expectations, the clause helps prevent disputes over workplace conditions and ensures that all parties understand their responsibilities regarding the setup and maintenance of work stations.
