Contract Management Requirements. The MoJ will nominate a Contract Manager who will manage the overall contract and who will be the main point of contact with responsibility for day to day contact with the contractor’s, with regards to use of the contract and operational issues. The contractors shall likewise nominate a Contract Manager who will be the single point of contact acting on behalf of the contractor with regards to the contract. The Contract Manager shall take overall responsibility for the contract. The MoJ places a high value on contract management therefore sufficient resources shall be made available by the contractors to ensure that the provision of goods/services is carried out to the satisfaction of the Authority’s Contract Manager.
