Common use of Contract Monitoring/Performance Evaluation Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Contract Monitoring/Performance Evaluation Monitoring. At its discretion, the Bureau shall monitor CONTRACTOR’s performance to ensure compliance in accordance with all contract provisions, DMS’s instructions, and all applicable standards, including, but not limited to ACA, Administrative Rules, DMS and FDC guidelines/policies/procedures, specifications of this Contract, and court orders and decrees. FDC shall also provide audits and reviews and shall have the same access as DMS employees.
