CONTRACT OBJECTIVE. 1.1. The Registry and Registrar co-operate in order to provide domain name registration services in the top-level domain .lv for Internet users in Latvia and elsewhere. 1.2. The Registry, in accordance with this Contract, supplies the Registrar with specific co- operation guidelines in regard to domain name registration under the top-level domain .lv. These co-operation guidelines apply to: 1.2.1. the review of domain name registration requests (registration) and domain name management; 1.2.2. charges and payments for the right to use the domain name. 1.3. Payment procedures are listed in Appendix No. 1.
