CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS. All Contracts awarded under solicitation 22904 shall terminate simultaneously three (3) calendar years from the date of OGS approval of the first Contract awarded. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional calendar years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.
