CONTRACT RETURN. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx College has signed the contract to which this is an addendum prior to signature by the performing ARTIST(S). The action of Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx College in returning said contract constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement on the terms herein contained, but unless said agreement is signed by the performing ARTIST(S) and returned to the College on or before the day of , 2019, this offer shall automatically be withdrawn, without further notice, and this contract shall be completely null and void.

CONTRACT RETURN. A. All contracts are to be returned twenty-one (21) days after being issued. Unconditional releases will be granted until May 1. Between May 1 and June 1 releases will be granted by mutual consent. After June 1, releases will be granted at the discretion of the Board.   • Contract Reporting The Contractor shall provide the Department the following accurate and complete reports associated with this Contract.

  • Equipment Return You may use the Leased Equipment provided under this plan only while you remain an active customer in good standing and in compliance with this Agreement (including, without limitation, the RCA). You must return all Leased Equipment in good operating condition, normal wear and tear excepted, within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment. If you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer, then you must return all Leased Equipment to: (A) your original retailer, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming; or (B) DISH, if such cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs after such 30-day period. You are responsible for and shall bear all costs, expenses and risk of returning your Leased Equipment, including, without limitation, risk of loss during shipment. You are not responsible under the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the return of equipment other than your Leased Equipment. Following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment (unless you acquired your Leased Equipment from a retailer and the cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment occurs during the first 30 days following your initial activation of programming and you returned Leased Equipment to such retailer within 30 days following cancellation or disconnection of your DISH service or disconnection of your Leased Equipment), DISH will send you one or more return labels or empty boxes (depending on your Leased Equipment) to be used by you in returning your Leased Equipment and DISH will charge you up to $20.00 for each such return label or empty box (“Box Return Fee”). The BoxReturn Fee is subject to change at any time. Unless you are a resident of a Remote Area of Alaska, you also have the option of contacting DISH by calling 000-000-XXXX (000-000-0000) to request that DISH or our designee(s) perform an in-home service call to remove your Leased Equipment at DISH’s then-current in-home service call rate, which rate is subject to change at any time. If you enroll in a DISH Protect plan, you will receive an initial six (6) month trial offer of DISH Protect if you are eligible and if such plans are otherwise available to you at the time you sign this Agreement.   • Contract Revisions Notwithstanding Contract Exhibit C, Special Contract Conditions section 6.9, the following types of revisions can be made to the Contract without a formal Contract amendment, upon written notice: Revisions by the Contractor:

  • Contract Review Agent shall have reviewed all material contracts of Borrowers including, without limitation, leases, union contracts, labor contracts, vendor supply contracts, license agreements and distributorship agreements and such contracts and agreements shall be satisfactory in all respects to Agent;

  • Product Returns Client will have the responsibility for handling customer returns of the Products. Patheon will give Client any assistance that Client may reasonably require to handle the returns.

  • Contract Renewal State may renew this Contract under its then-existing terms and conditions (subject to potential cost adjustments described below in section 2) in two-year intervals, or any interval that is advantageous to State. This Contract, including any renewals, may not exceed a total of seven (7) years.

  • Contract Reconciliation Grantee, within 45 calendar days after the end of each fiscal term year, will submit to the System Agency email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx, financial and reconciliation reports required by System Agency in forms as determined by System Agency.

  • CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS All contractors, subcontractors and consultants of the Operator must be pre-approved by the Commission. The Commission reserved the right to reject any subcontractor at its sole discretion. If the Contractor enters into any subcontract(s) not previously approved by the Commission, the Commission shall have the right to require the Contractor to terminate such contracts. • Xxxxx material felled must have stumps that are parallel to the ground surface and shall not exceed six (6) inches in height measured on the side next to the highest ground or the diameter of the xxxxx, whichever is smaller, except when in the opinion of the Field Contract Coordinator, said height is impractical. • Cut trees and debris must be removed from trails, roads, tail drains, streams, and utility rights-of- way. • The Operator shall exercise care and caution in all operations to prevent damage to all trees not specified for treatment. • Damage to trails, roads, streams, or utility rights-of-way caused by the Operator’s equipment must be repaired by the Operator at their expense. • Any trash resulting from the Operator’s operations must be removed from the area and properly disposed. • The Operator shall not block any roads or trails in the area during performance of this contract. The Operator shall not in any way hinder the progress of any Timber Sale Contracts in these areas. • All labor, equipment, tools, etc., needed to complete contracted projects are to be provided by the Operator. • Timber Damages – when in the opinion of Field Contract Coordinator, damage to the residual stand becomes excessive, the Operator shall pay the Commission a fair base current value determined by the Field Contract Coordinator per unit of volume. If this value for damage due to Operator’s carelessness or negligence is less than $10.00 per tree, then a minimum charge of $10.00 per tree will be made whether the tree is commercial, non-commercial, merchantable, or non-merchantable. • The Operator is responsible for the control and collection of fluids leading from any equipment used on the site. The Operator must have a spill containment and cleanup kit appropriate for the equipment being used. At a minimum, the kit will contain plugs and clamps to control hydraulic line breaks, a container to collect leaking fluids, fluid absorbent pads and a shovel. Operating any equipment noticeably leaking fluids is prohibited. The Operator must collect, and control fluids leaking from any equipment and dispose of properly.

  • Early Return An employee who is on a leave of absence without pay, not covered by any other provision of this Agreement, may return from the leave before its expiration date if the employee provides the director with a written notice to that effect at least 15 days before the date of return.
