Contract Supremacy. This Agreement shall supersede any policies, rules, regulations, or practices of the Board which are contrary to, or inconsistent with, the terms of this Agreement. However, no provisions of this Agreement shall be construed to prohibit the Board from complying with all Federal, state and local laws, with all court orders affecting the Board and with the Board's valid affirmative action program.
