Disciplinary Action Involving Serious Vehicular and/or Criminal Offenses. Upon written request from an employee who has had no disciplinary actions within the prior six (6) years, all records of disciplinary action involving serious vehicular and/or criminal offenses and lesser disciplines shall be stricken from the company diary, the Fire Chief’s records and the employee’s personnel jacket. Records noted in this section will not be considered after six (6) years, in any future disciplinary action, provided that no subsequent disciplinary actions have occurred during that period.
