Common use of CONTRACT TERMINATION AND DISPUTE Clause in Contracts

CONTRACT TERMINATION AND DISPUTE. This Lease Contract may only be amended, waived, or terminated by Landlord's representatives in writing. Any oral promises, representations or agreements by representatives shall not be considered legally binding. No action or omission of representative will be considered a waiver of any subsequent violation, default, or time or place of performance. Landlord's not enforcing or belatedly enforcing written notice requirement, rental due dates, acceleration, liens, or other rights is not a waiver under any circumstance. In the event of more than one Resident, each Resident is jointly and severally liable for each provision of this Lease Contract. Each Resident states that he or she is of legal age to enter into this Lease Contract. All obligations hereunder are to be performed in the county and state where the property is located.
