CONTRACT TERRITORY. 4.1. The Contractor shall perform hydrocarbons’ Exploration and Production within the Contract Territory in accordance with the Contract terms.
4.2. If during Exploration and Production of hydrocarbons at Dauletaly field, Atyrau Oblast, it is found that geographical boundaries of the Field exceed the Contract Territory’s limits stated by the Geological Lease, a matter of its expansion shall be settled by changing Contract terms in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, provided that such expansion does not damage interests of the other subsoil users.
4.3. Return of the Contract Territory, except for the territory of Commercial Discovery, shall be performed by the sixth year of the Contract Period.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. Contract territory is the EU. However, the customer may also use the certification certificate in other countries; for this he has to obtain the consent of XertifiX e.V.

CONTRACT TERRITORY. “Contract Territory” shall mean the whole world.
CONTRACT TERRITORY. 4.1. The Contractor shall perform prospecting and production of hydrocarbons within the Contract Territory in accordance with the terms of the Contract, which square according to the geological lease amounts to 4109.826 (four thousands one hundred and nine whole and eight hundreds twenty six thousandth) square kilometers.
4.2. In case of discovery, when performing prospecting and production of hydrocarbons, that the geographical boundaries of the deposit accumulations exceed the bounds of the Contract territory, as fixed in the geological or mining lease, the question of its extension shall be settled by change of terms of the Contract without holding of a competition, if it not violate the interests of other subsoil users.
4.3. After completion of the prospecting period, the Contractor shall return the whole Contract territory, with the exception of areas of open commercial deposits, and in condition available for further use respective to the direct purpose in accordance with the legislation of the State.
CONTRACT TERRITORY. The limited license granted pursuant to this Agreement shall extend throughout the United States of America and its territories and possessions (the "Contract Territory"). Licensee may submit a written request to Redline to extend the Contract Territory to additional countries. The Contract Territory will be expanded only upon written approval of Redline. This Agreement grants no right to manufacture, sell, market or distribute Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory, and this Agreement grants no right to authorize any person or entity to manufacture, sell, market or distribute Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory. Licensee agrees not to sell Licensed Products to any person or entity who Licensee knows or has reason to know intends or is likely to resell Licensed Products outside the Contract Territory.
