Contract Transfer. Neither party to this Agreement may assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer any interest in or right or obligation under this Agreement without having first obtained the prior written consent of the other party.
Contract Transfer. The Housing/Food Service Contract may not be transferred or reassigned. Meal access and facilities may be used only by the assigned individual(s).
Contract Transfer. The Parties are expressly forbidden to transfer the Contract to third parties, unless written consent has been obtained from the opposite party. If the Party transfers the Contract without said written consent, it will remain bound first and foremost vis-à-vis the opposite party.

Insofar as the supplier may have given written permission for a contract transfer, the principal shall at all times be jointly liable with such third party for the obligations from the agreement of which these general terms and conditions constitute a part.
2. Furthermore, insofar as the supplier may have given written permission for a contract transfer, the principal shall inform the supplier in advance thereof and the supplier shall have the right to terminate the agreement as per the date on which the transfer comes into effect. The supplier shall not be held to pay any compensation for damages in such an event.
Contract Transfer. Researcher shall not assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer any interest in the MOU without the prior written approval of CMBE.

Contract Transfer. The Consultant shall not assign, subcontract, or otherwise transfer any interest in this Contract without the prior written approval of the GCS.
Contract Transfer i. A resident may transfer their contract to another university student only in the case that the new resident does not already have an active housing contract with Housing and Residence Life and is not already required to live on campus.
ii. Transfer forms must be completed by each resident, filling out all required transfer and contract forms.
iii. Residents wishing to transfer their housing contract are required to locate the resident they intend to transfer the contract to without the assistance of Housing and Residence Life and Wichita State University.
iv. All contract transfer requests are subject to review and must be approved by Housing and Residence Life in advance.
Contract Transfer. The total or partial transmission of this Agreement, or subrogation of a third party in the legal position of either Party, requires the prior consent of the other, unless the transfer is specifically provided in the regulation of access to gas facilities, or occur as a result of the application of electric or gas sector regulations regarding legal separation of activities.
