Contract Validity. In the event one or more clauses of this Contract are declared invalid, void, unenforceable or illegal, that shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Contract.
Contract Validity. The contract shall be valid for two years from the date of start of contract. Any work released till the completion of contract shall be carried out by the contractor. Tentative contract schedule: 01.06.2023 to 31.05.2025
Contract Validity. 1. If any provision of this Agreement is declared invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.
