Common use of Contracting for Operational and Administrative Services Clause in Contracts

Contracting for Operational and Administrative Services. X. Xxxxxxxx to relevant law, the School may contract with third party providers for operational and administrative services. The School shall follow applicable laws, as they apply to charter schools, related to procuring and contracting for goods and services and adhere to best practices, including standards related to arms-length negotiations and arrangements and conflicts of interest. The School will adopt policies and procedures relating to the procurement and contracting of goods and services. The District may offer guidance on such policies and review contracts on a case by case basis as requested by the School. B. The District acknowledges that the School may contract with a charter school management consultant for the operational and administrative services. This Contract and the District’s obligations hereunder are conditioned upon School developing an agreement with such charter school management consultant that satisfies the requirements set forth in Attachment 4. If School fails to comply with this provision, it shall be a material breach of the Contract.
