The School shall follow applicable laws, as they apply to charter schools, related to procuring and contracting for goods and services and adhere to best practices, including standards related to arms-length negotiations and arrangements and conflicts of interest. The School will adopt policies and procedures relating to the procurement and contracting of goods and services. The District may offer guidance on such policies and review contracts on a case by case basis as requested by the School.
