REMOVAL OF STAFF. DFPS reserves the right to require Grantee to remove any employee, volunteer, or agent of Grantee, or any subcontractor, or subawardee from the provision of services under this Grant, or to prohibit any employee, volunteer, or agent of Grantee, or any subcontractor, or subawardee from having direct contact with DFPS referred participants or participant records.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. DFPS reserves the right to require Contractor to remove any employee, volunteer, or agent of the Contractor, or any Subcontractor from the provision of services under this contract, or to prohibit any employee, volunteer, or agent of the Contractor, or any Subcontractor from having direct contact with DFPS referred clients or client records.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. In the event that AIMS, for reasonable cause, at any time during the term of this agreement, desires the removal of any BACR related persons, employees, representatives or agents from the School site and/or property, BACR shall immediately upon receiving notice from AIMS of such desire, cause the removal of such person or persons. Notwithstanding the foregoing, BACR will retain final authority over hiring and termination of any BACR staff, and any such hiring or termination will follow BACR HR policies.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. In the event that OUSD, in its sole discretion, at any time during the term of this MOU, desires the removal of any AGENCY related persons, employee, representative or agent from OUSD school site and/or property, AGENCY shall immediately upon receiving notice from OUSD of such desire, cause the removal of such person or persons. In the event OUSD requests the removal of any AGENCY related persons, employee, representative or agent from OUSD school site and/or property, the OUSD site administrator shall provide to the AGENCY written, supporting rationale for the decision. OUSD After School Program Office, after conferring with Legal and the Executive Officer supporting the site, shall decide, taking all the facts and circumstances into account, if AGENCY may reassign an employee or agent to another OUSD site. Prior to the removal or change of any AGENCY staff member who is a regular part of the after school program, AGENCY shall inform the Site Administrator with as much notice as possible, and will work with the Site Administrator to ensure a smooth transition in staffing.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. 17.2.1 Where the Council becomes aware of a complaint against a member of Staff who is involved in the provision of the Services or where the Council through its own monitoring activities detects inappropriate behaviour by any member of Staff, the Authorised Officer shall notify the Contract Manager of the nature of the complaint and provide supporting documentation where possible.
17.2.2 On receipt of a notification under Condition 17.2.1, the Contract Manager shall meet with the Authorised Officer to discuss measures to resolve the complaint and to avoid future complaints.
17.2.3 Where the Contract Manager and the Authorised Officer agree that the complaint justifies the removal of a member of Staff from the provision of the Services, the Service Provider shall immediately remove or procure the removal of that person from the provision of the Services and shall provide or procure the provision of a suitable replacement.
17.2.4 Any dispute in relation to this Condition 17.2 shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. 14.2.1 Where the Council becomes aware of a complaint against a member of the Service Provider’s staff, agents or sub-contractors who is involved in the provision of the Services, the Council’s Representative shall notify the Contract Manager of the nature of the complaint and provide supporting documentation where possible.
14.2.2 On receipt of a notification under Clause 14.2.1, the Contract Manager shall meet with the Council’s Representative to discuss measures to resolve the complaint and to avoid future complaints.
14.2.3 Where the Council's Representative deems that the complaint justifies the removal of a member of the Service Provider's staff from the provision of the Services, (and has explained and disclosed his reasons to the Service Provider) the Service Provider shall immediately remove or procure the removal of that person from the provision of the Services and shall provide or procure at its own cost the provision of a suitable replacement.
14.2.4 Any dispute in relation to this Clause 14.2 shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. Contractor must not remove any individual assigned under a SOW without the approval of the agency’s contract administrator who signed the SOW. If the assigned individual becomes unavailable due to sickness, resignation or other reason, the removal process is stated in Article 2 Terms and Conditions.

DSHS may, at its sole discretion, require Vendor to remove from any further activity in connection with the Project any of Vendor’s employees, agents, and/or Subcontractors, regardless of whether such employees, agents, and/or Subcontractors had previously been approved by DSHS pursuant to Section 6.3 or Section
REMOVAL OF STAFF. Employees are subject to discipline and termination from employment for unacceptable performance, misconduct, or any reason determined by the Board of Control to be in the best interest of the NSERVE Districts. Discipline may include a verbal or written reprimand, suspension with or without pay, transfer, demotion, dismissal or other appropriate action.
REMOVAL OF STAFF. If at any time during the term of this Agreement the State becomes dissatisfied with the performance of any Contractor/subcontractor staff, the State may require replacement of such staff, which replacement shall be done within ten (10) working days of the request.
