CONTRACTING WORK. 11.01 The use of contract labor shall not result in the lay-off or part- timing of any regular employee normally performing the same work as that which is contracted out. 11.02 The Company will not use contract labor at overtime rates if the Company's regular workforce can be more profitably used for the same work. 11.03 The Company and Union shall meet annually, at mutually agreeable time, to discuss the productive use of our workforce.
