Eligible Entities definition

Eligible Entities means the Indemnitor, any subsidiary or affiliate of the Indemnitor, or other corporation, in which the Officer, at the request of the Indemnitor, is or was, or holds or held a position equivalent to that of a director or officer, and “Eligible Entity” means any one of them;
