CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION Sample Clauses

The CONTRACTOR SUPERVISION AND COORDINATION clause establishes the contractor’s responsibility to oversee and manage all aspects of the work and personnel involved in a project. It typically requires the contractor to provide qualified supervisors, ensure that all subcontractors and workers are properly directed, and coordinate activities to avoid conflicts or delays.
