Contractor Verification Clause Samples
The Contractor Verification clause establishes the requirement for verifying the identity, qualifications, and compliance status of contractors before they are engaged for work. Typically, this involves checking licenses, certifications, insurance coverage, and possibly conducting background checks to ensure the contractor meets all legal and contractual standards. By implementing this clause, parties can mitigate risks associated with unqualified or non-compliant contractors, thereby ensuring that only suitable and reliable contractors are permitted to perform services under the agreement.
Contractor Verification. The Contractor is responsible for delivering products or performing services under the terms and conditions set forth in the Master Agreement. The Contractor must ensure partners utilized in the performance of this contract adhere to all the terms and conditions. The term Partner will be utilized in naming the relationship a Contractor has with another company to market and sell under the contract. Participating Entities will have final determination/approval if a Partner may be approved for that state in the role identified by the Contractor.
Contractor Verification. Contractor must be a manufacturer of a Product in the Band(s) it is awarded a Master Agreement. “Re-branding” a product that is manufactured by another company does not meet this requirement. If the Contractor ceases production, sells or assigns their manufacturing to another vendor, or otherwise no longer manufactures a product during the life of the Master Agreement the Lead State reserves the right to terminate the Contractor’s Master Agreement.
Contractor Verification. By approving, verifying and submitting Shop Drawings, product data, samples and similar submittals, the Contractor represents that the Contractor has determined and verified materials, field measurements and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents.
Contractor Verification. This is usually signed off by someone in finance, the President, etc. – • someone that can legally sign the contract.
Contractor Verification.
